By purchasing, subscribing or accessing any course or service offered by Apple Solutions ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register or use the services.
Courses may be one-time purchases or subscription plans (e.g., Premium monthly). Access includes course materials, support, server access, and tools described on the product page. Specific inclusions depend on the plan purchased.
Prices, currencies, and billing frequencies are shown on each product page. One-time purchases are billed once. Subscription plans are billed recurring according to the selected period. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation per the procedure indicated.
Refund eligibility depends on the product. One-time purchases may be refundable within a limited period if no major resources were consumed. Subscription cancellations stop future billing; previously billed periods are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Contact support for assistance.
Server access, credits, and third-party tools are provided per plan. Abuse, fraud, sharing private credentials, or violation of terms may result in suspension or termination without refund.
Support levels depend on the plan. Free provides limited support; Basic and Plus offer broader support; Premium includes priority and live support. Some operations may require proof of ownership.
- Illegal activity, stolen device services, or fraudulent requests.
- Reselling or sharing paid access without authorization.
- Abuse of support or server resources.
Course content, guides, tools, and materials are copyright-protected. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or resale is prohibited.
Apple Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Results depend on technical factors; success cannot be guaranteed for all operations.
We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Data is collected only as necessary for services and billing; IMEI, SN or proof documents may be required for certain operations.
We may suspend or terminate accounts or access for violations, fraud, or abuse. Termination does not automatically entitle refunds.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the company's jurisdiction. Disputes will be handled accordingly.
